Growing Flowers Is Like Hiring A Nanny

  • Be patient
  • Not all nannies, housekeepers and household managers can do well without help in the beginning. You may need to "fertilize" them a little bit at first. In other words, take the time to tenderly train them to grow with your families changing schedule and or needs.
  • Give them plenty of "food" to grow each week. In other words, tell them what you like and dislike about their work.
  • Each year brings on new challenges, compromises and agreements. Be flexible.
